Facilitation and Training

Workshop Facilitation:

I offer a comprehensive Appreciative Inquiry/ Action Learning set package for teams and organisations who are looking for sessions to support development of specific emerging development needs.

Sessions are designed to be accessible to promote multiple stakeholder involvement so are delivered as a 3/4 Hour session. ( or as a series of shorter sessions)

This is particularly valuable if you are looking for wider stakeholder input into design of strategy or delivery. Or looking for feedback and review sessions for evaluation. They also work well for team development opportunities.

Team Around a Person – Learning Programme:

A fully prepared package for teams / local systems who are looking to learn, develop and action a Team Around a Person approach. Set over 2 x 3.5 hr workshops, the sessions introduce teams to system thinking and build awareness of wider strategic ambition. Sessions offer a creative learning environment to understand the Team Around a Person principles and how to deliver affective trauma informed practice.

Sessions are accompanied by two further team coaching sessions to support continued learning and implementation of actions generated in the sessions.

“I found the sessions effective and felt positive and empowered leaving with the want and ability to move forward and help make the changes needed.”
